Throughout his career, he has appeared at festivals such as Sonorama, Santander Music and Holi Party Festival, where he began a four-year residency in 2015, performing for audiences of more than 15,000 people per edition.

He has also performed at events such as the MotoGP World Championship in Jerez, Red Bull X-Fighters in Madrid and Red Bull Cliff Diving in Bilbao, closing with an exclusive set in the atrium of the Guggenheim Museum in 2018. In addition, he has shared the bill with artists such as Steve Aoki, Deorro, Monarchy and Miami Horror.

Although his career has been closely tied to the booth, his musical interests have always gone beyond the dancefloor. The electronic music of the nineties and two thousands holds a central place among his references, from house and french touch to trip-hop, downtempo, UK garage and breakbeat. These influences have also gradually found their place in his own productions.

Over the last five years, Le-Loup has stepped back from his activity as a DJ to focus on the composition and production of Nothing To Excess, his first album. Made up of 16 tracks, the record brings together his different musical influences, alternating the pulse of the club with slower compositions, atmospheric passages and vocal elements. The result is a work that moves through different styles without limiting itself to a single genre.

The album was mixed and mastered by British sound engineer Matthew Styles-Harris, whose credits include work with Jax Jones, Honey Dijon, Palms Trax and Hercules & Love Affair.

Nothing To Excess will be released on 8 January 2027, preceded by the singles Love In-Between and A.M., scheduled for 20 November 2026. The official music video for Love In-Between, with footage by Polish filmmaker and FPV pilot Łukasz Lewenda, shot in a former factory in Warsaw, will mark the start of the album's presentation campaign.

Nothing To Excess album cover artwork

Built over several years as a complete body of work, it moves through emotional house, trip-hop, downtempo, breakbeat and cinematic electronics. Centred on the tension between restraint and excess, instinct and control, the record brings together different sides of Hugo Le-Loup’s production within the same album.
